Annual Business Meeting
The SAA Performing Arts Roundtable conducts an annual business meeting as part of the SAA's annual conference. The business meeting includes the exchange of information, discussion, leadership elections, and frequently includes a presentation on a timely topic.
The SAA Performing Arts Roundtable is seeking to coordinate an effort with members of other organizations to identify and contribute form and genre terms for materials documenting scenic, lighting, and costume design to the standard thesauri. Such collaboration would result in standard terminology that could be used throughout the profession. To contribute to this project or to offer other suggestions you may have for extending Roundtable activities, please contact past PAR co-chair Susan Brady with your ideas!
The SAA Performing Arts Roundtable publishes its newsletter, Performance! for its members through electronic distribution three times annually. Copies of Performance! are available electronically in Adobe Acrobat format (*.pdf) on our Newsletters page
