Welcome to the World Wide Web Site of the Government Records
Section, Society of American Archivists (SAA). The membership of the Government
Records Section is made up of individual SAA members who are concerned with
the administration, organization, and care of the records of government.
While this Web Site is sponsored by the Government Records Section of SAA,
we are interested in promoting the activities of all Government Archives and
Records Custodians. We seek suggestions from all interested individuals. On
this site you will find links to the Web sites of SAA and other archival organizations,
links to the Web sites of Government Archives, announcements of upcoming events
by the Section and its members, and other items of interest to Government Archivists
and Record Custodians.
