Year begins at conference meeting
Late summer / early fall
Annual meeting:
- Solicit content additions and revisions from members
Post conference duties:
- Update names of new chair/co-chairs
- Post annual meeting agenda
- Post sessions and tours that were related to architectural records
- Post annual report (received from Chair)
- Update membership directory
Routine:
- Revise SAA ARR guides as needed
- Update list of session proposals that were not accepted
- Post annual membership survey (or if you are really web savvy, create an online web survey that can spit out the results)
