Brenda S. Robertson
Brenda coordinates the activities of Amigos’ grant writing services. She conducts grant proposal writing workshops and performs other grant support activities for Amigos members located primarily in the southwestern U.S. Her grant support activities include research into and recommendations of grant resources, reviews of grant proposals, and advising Amigos members of grant opportunities.
Brenda joined Amigos as Grants Facilitator in June 2003. Previously,
she served as Information Resource Center Consultant at TXU Electric and Gas,
Dallas, TX, one of numerous positions she held in 28 years with that organization.
Brenda holds a Master of Library Science degree from Texas Woman’s University, Denton; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University, Dallas; and an Associate degree in Business Management from Mountain View College, Dallas.
Brenda’s professional memberships include the American Libraries Association and the Professional Recruitment and Retention Committee, Texas Library Association.
