Project Archivist

Hedrich Blessing Processing Project

The Project Archivist will work as part of a grant-funded project team processing the Hedrich Blessing Photography Collection (1970-1979) November 1, 2008-August 31, 2010. Responsibilities include creating, editing, and enhancing catalog data describing job files and topical series (including assigning index terms from LCTGM, LCNA, and AAT); developing a comprehensive descriptive inventory; and rehousing photographic media. This is a temporary, entry-level position that provides a unique opportunity to preserve and make accessible the work of one of the world's premier architectural photography firms.
