Update on ARCHIVES 2008 Hotel Availability
July 2 – Demand for hotel rooms for the 72nd SAA Annual Meeting in San Francisco has been enthusiastic! SAA’s room blocks at the Hilton San Francisco and Hotel 480 are sold out, but we have negotiated a special conference rate of just $169 single/double at the historic InterContinental Mark Hopkins on Nob Hill. To reserve your room, contact the hotel’s Reservations Department at 800-NobHill (800-662-4455) booking code F50. Please note that the hotel is approximately 6 blocks from the Hilton – and is at the top of Nob Hill.

The Hilton Washington Hotel (1919 Connecticut
Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20009)
will serve as the DC 2006 Joint Annual
Meeting Headquarters Hotel.
DC 2006 meeting attendees will receive special
discounted conference room rates. These
rates are available until July 11—OR until our
room block has been met—whichever comes
first. After this date, or after our room block
has been met should that come before July
11, rates and/or availability can no longer be
guaranteed. You are advised to make your
room reservations as soon as possible to ensure
availability and the discounted rate.

when making your reservation, and be
sure to indicate that you are with the “Joint
Annual Meeting.” You may also make
your reservation on-line by visiting
Hilton.com.
Rates do not include applicable taxes, currently
14.5% occupancy tax per room per
night. The first full night’s room and tax or
credit card as a guarantee is required for all
reservations.
Cancellations must be made
72 hours in advance of scheduled arrival.
