Archives and Records Administrators, and the Society of American Archivists
(CoSA, NAGARA, and SAA) is DC 2006: The Joint Annual Meeting, where archivists

1. REGISTER:
Advance Registration Closed. Register onsite starting Wednesday, August
2.

2. RESERVE YOUR HOTEL:
The Hilton
Washington Hotel (1919 Connecticut
Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20009)
will serve as the DC 2006 Joint Annual
Meeting Headquarters Hotel;
HOTEL REGISTRATION DEADLINE: July 11, 2006 OR until our room block has been
met, whichever comes first;

3. GET TO – AND AROUND – DC:
The Washington, DC, Metropolitan Area has
three airports:
- Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (National
/ DCA) is 5 miles, or about 20 minutes,
from the hotel;
- Washington Dulles International Airport (Dulles
/ IAD) is 23 miles, or about 40 minutes, from
the hotel;
- Baltimore-Washington International (BWI)
Thurgood Marshal Airport (BWI) is 33 miles, or about 1
hour, from the hotel. Nearly every air carrier flies into
one of these
three airports;
