. $14 from BWI to DC.
Amtrak
and MARC trains run the same route; Amtrak is more expensive but the
trip is quicker with less stops. Take the shuttle bus from airport
to reach the train station. From Union
Station, either take a taxi to the hotel (taxi stand out front)
or take the Red Line of the Metro to Dupont
Circle Station ($1.10+ depending on the time of day). See Getting

The Washington
Area Metropolitan Transportation Authority has an extensive system
of bus
lines and trains
for getting around. They even have a Ride
Guide to assist you in getting from point to point. They also have
information for those needing special
access or assistance.
The closest
Metro station to the Washington Hilton and Towers is Dupont
Circle. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk uphill from
the station. ItŐs about a 2 minute taxi ride and a 5 minute bus ride.
Fortunately, the L1,
L2, & L4 bus lines run up and down Connecticut Avenue.
