A panelist at the Joint Annual Meeting of SAA, NAGARA, and CoSA in 2006 said, "If our services can’t be used without training, then it’s the services that need to be fixed – not our patrons." Panelists also consider the kinds of information on, and involvement from, users that archivists need.
