Table 4 indicates that the salaries paid to Associate Archivists are not greatly sensitive to education, but somewhat responsive to experience over ten years and tenure over ten years, although the numbers are quite small. Those who are paid a bonus, while not numerous, do earn somewhat more than those who do not at the upper end. There does appear to be a slight bias in salaries in favor of males.
