Most employers share the cost of health insurance with the employees and the preponderance (44%) include dependents in that cost sharing. It is also most customary for employees to pay part of the retirement program, although 1/4 (26%) pay it all. Only 14% of the respondents indicate they are under a bonus program and this is the highest among Supervisors and Managers, but still in the 15% to 16% range. Employers are more likely to pay SAA and professional association dues for Managers and Senior Archivists.
