Table 1 provides an overview of the results of the salary survey. There is a definite upward progression in the salaries starting at Assistant Archivist through Managers. The Managers, Senior Archivists and Associate Archivists represent enough completed questionnaires to be statistically significant. The Senior Archivists and Senior Archivist -- Technical are quite close in their salary ranges.

The only part-time breakouts that are numerous enough to be meaningful are those of Senior Archivists and Managers. These annualized figures are quite close.

Because of the few responses of Assistant Archivists, this is the only information on that job category.
