How to Create a Proforma Invoice

You can create a proforma invoice via the online shopping cart. To do this:

1. Add the items you want to your cart and proceed with checkout.
2. On the second-to-last screen of the checkout process, select "Create proforma invoice " and click next.
3. Click the button, "Generate Proforma Invoice"

This will generate a PDF proforma invoice. Once you have obtained your purchase order number, you can complete your order online or mail a check with your proforma order form.
